|Surface preparation||Loose dust and dirt should be swept or vacuumed up. Other contamination should be removed appropriately, without leaving any residues. For basic cleaning of water-soluble soiling, add Hesse INTENSIVE-CLEANER PR 91 or Hesse REMOVER OS 5600 to the cleaning water and use this to clean the floor. Remove extreme soiling with Hesse REMOVER OS 5600 in concentrated form. Then wipe the floor with clean water and allow to dry sufficiently. Allow the surface to dry sufficiently.|
|Working temperature||20 °C|
|Processing instructions||Single-coat application. The product should be applied after a 1 : 1 dilution with water! The concentration of the product depends on the severity of the wear marks in the parquet floor that is to be refreshed and can, if necessary, be increased accordingly! The more the area has been attacked, the greater the concentration of AQUA-REFRESHER that should be applied! Distribute uniformly thinly over the floor with a suitable mop, or similar. The last application should be made in the direction of the grit!|
|Particular instructions||To freshen up old and unsightly surfaces; delays further wear and tear. For large surfaces, it is recommended to divide the surface into subsection! The desired gloss level is built up independently. Do not wipe in already dry areas; risk of stripe formation! When damp, avoid draughts and the movement of dust! In particular, on older surfaces or parquet finishes, adhesion problems of the care product may occur under certain circumstances, as a result of the current coating constituents! Therefore, always create a sample area and assess whether the result meets your requirements! Please test the bonding between all coats! At regular intervals, old AQUA-REFRESHER residues should be removed from the surface, using Hesse REMOVER OS 5600. This will prevent the formation of a sticky greasy surface through the too frequent use of AQUA-REFRESHER. Keep locked away and out of the reach of children! Containers should only be put out for recycling when they have been completely emptied.|
|General instructions on workmanship||The moisture content should be between 8 – 12 %. Please do not use and dry HYDRO lacquers at material and room temperatures below 18 °C. The ideal humidity for painting is between 55 and 65 %. In order to avoid problems with bonding, please sand the lacquered surfaces before applying fresh lacquer and apply lacquer to the sanded surfaces as soon as possible. Woods with a very high wax content such as teak can have a negative effect on bonding in some circumstances. Water-soluble wood contents such as from ash and tannic acid from woods such as oak can initiate changes in colour tones and discolouration in the lacquer. For this reason we recommend a trial lacquering be undertaken as a matter of principle to assess the colour effect, bonding and drying progression under real conditions! Notes on cleaning and care: Please observe the care instructions in accordance with DIN 18356. Wipe parquet with a slightly damp, not wet, cloth. Please use only neutral, silicone-free, salmiac-free and non-abrasive cleaners. Regular care and cleaning with Hesse PROTECT-CLEANER PR 90 and Hesse INTENSIVE-CLEANER PR 91 increases the life of the sealing.|
